Woke at 234.6, the same as yesterday. Will fast until some time on Saturday morning. Happy Friday! UPDATE: Worked from home and fasted all day. Mostly sat on the computer with some walks back and forth to do some laundry. Drank a lot of fluids and got to 231.4 at 6 pm. Will eat sometime tomorrow late morning.

Happy Friday!! Do you consider liquid meal replacements still fasting? My blood sugar spikes if I go too long without eating because I've been in a 'just not hungry' mode but I'd really like to consider it a day or two a week.

That makes sense. Have you ever taken Cod liver oil? I read somewhere it offered the omega's like fish oil but more - but the advice was to not take both (which is what my OCD 'if a little is good, a whole lot is better' mind would do.
