Kego gal here: I lost another .5 pound. I'm now 168.5 from about 210 last year. I think i am just getting fat adapted after 10 months. The pee keto sticks are not showing much color. Everyone said that happens but it never happened to me. I have been Keto since around the end of May. A few slips in May and June, but since then, I've been pretty steady in ketosis. I have always shown ketosis on the pee sticks. I have been starting to not show pink on them even when I KNOW i am in ketosos. SOOO, I use the breath meter and I am high in ketosos .
I also have started to lose weight steadily the last week or two. Slow, but steady. Hmmmm. I wonder if I am finally fat adapted or if it is just a fluke? My weight loss has been difficult. Today I have a lot of energy, I am not foggy. Before, I didn't get any energy from being in ketosis.
I sure hope this continues. I have had more good days lately than bad. Whoohoo.
