Pic #1 - Fried Brussels Sprouts with bacon & Pomegranate seeds. Pic #2 - only ate 1/2 of side salad, but removed all croutons. Pic #3 - The tiniest chocolate chip cookies in the world - so thin you could almost see through them. Had two, abou 1" diameter each. Counted it as 1/4 of a regular cookie. Also had 3-oz of Filet Mignon, 4 Captain's Wafers with Cheese spread on them. All totaled, dinner at the Country Club of Virginia was only 626 calories. Had to eat ONE Fiber gummy and an Atkins endulge bar to get in my Fiber for the day. Still kept my RDI at 1,197 (when I have 1,650 available). Maybe I'll average for the week afterall! Began physical therapy today. Not as hard as I thought. Will work on the neck and back exercises tomorrow. I think will really help e to get in my 5+ days a week of exercise.
