Mmmm. Looks so good. I actually learned to eat brussels sprouts about 4 years ago after hating just the smell of them cooking as a kid and never eating them, ever. My hair stylist told me to try stir frying them with olive oil and a slice or two of bacon. After the second time I made them I could eat them without the bacon! They are really good for you.

Looks absolutely delicious. Brussel sprouts are one of my favorites. Love to roast them in oven.
