Re set diet. I need to cut about 5 pounds in 3 months. I need to cut almonds out!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I can't eat any nuts. But, my problem is I can't stop at 'just' 50 :)

The nuts are high in protein??? Why don't you just cut back on them?

Wish I could. It's one of those "I bet you can't eat just one" situations.

I was watching a video by a Physician in North Carolina who uses Keto and IF to help people lose weight and he doesn't have any nuts on his approved food list. He says that its a trigger food. Form many people, once they start, they just can't quit eating them. I count myself among that group.
