Here's my Weight Graph for the month of January! (For some reason, it is flipped - usually they move toward the RIGHT, but I can't seem to get it turned around - you get the idea!) The weight off screen is from early December. The first one with a dot at the top is for January 1st, at 194 pounds. Because I have been recording frequently for the Daily Accountability challenges, the numbers are almost too close together to be able to see the individual weights. But, the bottom number is for today, at 183.5! Over 10 pounds in 26 days! That's an average of ONE pound loss every 2-3 days. Even though it "seems" like the weight-loss has been slow, I can see that I am actually losing at the optimal rate. I'm noticing a LOT of changes in my body! For the first time in forever, I can "pinch an inch" almost anywhere on my body! (Before, I had about a 3-5" pinch!) I can feel that my stomach is MUCH flatter (though quite flabby). I have moved down another size in clothing. I feel kinda "sassy" in my clothes now! I have made an eye-opening discovery, though - The LC/HF-Keto way of eating DOESN'T WORK - unless you DO IT! Keeping track of things DAILY is my key to success. Ok, gonna have to quit writing now, I'm about to break my arm patting my own back!

Fantastic! I too was able to go down 10lbs in the last month and it was by Keto and Intermittent Fasting. I have not felt this good in a LONG time. Cheers.

You're doing great! Do not let others put ANY doubt in your mind as to what you are doing. Continue to follow your path. I am also over 50 years old and losing weight that fast is a 'blessing' :) 2-3 pounds of net loss a week is 'blazing fast' considering there are about 3,500 calories to a pound.
