Well, the weatherman ruined my whole weekend. Dance festival got cancelled and I got charged for a night at the hotel even though I cancelled. It was going to be a great weekend. I figured I would try to get up there anyway since I planned to have lunch with my cousins who live up there, but I got a migraine on Friday instead. The weather was clear so I had lunch with my cousins anyway, an hour up and an hour back home, not really that far. I hadn't seen my cousins since last year so at least I got a little party out of the weekend - two cousins, uncle, and one husband-of-cousin and me. Lovely. Then the Saturday dance got cancelled - all the ones near me got cancelled, and then the Sunday ones too. No dancing til tomorrow! Oh well. I got out and shoveled the driveway so I got some exercise. Also got enough stuff out of the garage that I actually put my car in there before the snowfall. Yay me, but now I am worried about the trees crashing through the roof of the garage onto my car. Logging food, planning ahead. I made some chili and took inventory of what I havfe left - I might make it to the end of the month without buying anything else. I did buy chips a couple of times though so I guess I cheated a little bit! Hope you had a nice weekend!
