keto girl here.. next week, I might try no dairy again. I still don't know why I have a hard time focusing. MY brain is mush some days and I am so careful to get my sleep. If I get this job, I'm going to get my lab work done again I think. today I'm going to enjoy turkey and pulled pork soup. it's actually really GOOD! 👍
