3rd interview is the one that pretty much is the big guy picking out the people he wants to work there. So go in all confident and charming. Keto on!

Mom, thanks, it's on the phone which I think is weird. These big companies, I'm hoping they think I'm overqualified and offer me something better ha ha

Okay I just found out it's with the area sales manager , one more step up . At least this on the phone . how do you answer questions, or do you want to be in five years when you're 50? my answer retired and on a beach LOL

Also, I have almost always been self-employed, so @50 interviewing for a very large corporation, looks very different for employers , so I know I'll have to get over that hurdle.

Be yourself - you are bright and can do the job.

Third interview is good. Hey, it takes me forever to take off weight: 12 days for .4 of a pound. With the thyroid meds and the opportunity to have a new job, you will soon be dropping those pounds again. ☀️

If you're asked the where do you see yourself in five years, you know how to spin it!

that is great that you are getting called in for hopefully the final interview and that there is 50 positions open. hey it took a long time for you to lose and hopefully this new med will help you stay on track and finally get your weight where you want it.

I am SO glad you got your heat working!!!! Sorry about the hot water though - it is always something. Good luck on your next interview!! I once applied for an IT systems design job at Exxon - the interview started with dinner one night and then I had a series of interviews with different people ALL DAY the next day - by the end some rude guy was chatting on the phone while I sat there - he asked (for the 50th time that day) why I wanted to work at Exxon - I said because there were no jobs at Shell Oil - and then I walked out - they hired me 2 weeks later as a consultant for 3 times as much money - corporate america has a mind of its own...

Nikeit haha that's a great story, thanks for sharing! I wish this was an executive job , just an inside sales , but it gets me into the business-to-business sales world and I can launch my career better from this job if I get it . If I don't get it I'm already making plans to do something else .

I hope you do get it especially when you can see a good career path from it - but I love that you have a back up plan - always a good idea in this crazy world of ours - fingers crossed!!
