On my own for diet as of the past couple of weeks. Going to let my counselor know this evening that I'm taking a couple of months off to see how I can do on my own. A lot was the realization that I needed to make some lifestyle changes, including making sure I exercise no matter what. Seeing all those completed rings on my phone month after month has really helped. I feel so much better physically. So, scary as it may be, we're doing it today.
Will keep logging and moving. That's really the key.
