Despite three days burning 1800+ calories, I think I just have to log and log and log. I feel like I gained even though I pretended to eat well. Eating good healthy food does not reduce the number of calories if you eat too much.
Focusing this week on cutting calories. I made a lot of soup so I should be all set and not have to cook much after cooking 4 kinds of soup over the weekend.
I had a great weekend and good conversations. Not really sure where I am going in the long run but right now I am focusing on getting my house ready for a post-Thanksgiving leftover party. I have literally 6 people working on this with me so it will very likely get done soon!
