I just do portion control & stop eating once I am full.I eat whatever I want & don’t count calories or anything. However I don’t know if that’s been easy for me because “I don’t have much to loose” according to my uncle or if it’s because I’m always moving about whether at the gym or teaching my toddler to dance (10+ years of dance & cheerleading) however it’s taking me longer to loose weight which is frustrating but I want this to be a lifestyle and don’t want to have to count calories for life. The best learning experience so far has been teaching my child it’s ok to stop eating when she’s full sure it’s a waste of food but her health is my main priority. Growing up we had to eat everything on our plate, my papaw would be pissed if he were to see the waste of food in my house now lol.

Honestly if you are Vegan and do not use oils, you can eat as much as you want.

Oh, aren't you the funny one! ;) I am thinking we can all claim that hashtag. I know I can. Just coming back from a long, "I think I will be fine eating fill-in-the-blank"!

With carnivorous woe, many advice to completely stop use of scales. Then allow several months for the lean muscular body to happen. I like that idea, and currently give it a go. Feel slightly nervous about it all, but it feels right. With monotonic foods, I tend to eat only when I'm hungry. Eating for pleasure doesn't happen when not being hungry. This leave pleasure seeking focused on other ways than foods.
