Planned out foods, working on exercising. Gym to lift weights today. Dancing Thursday maybe, Friday definitely and then also Sunday. So lifting weights again probably late Saturday or early Sunday. Food has been ok - still a little high but working around the treats and such, got a lot of salads in the fridge at work and at home. Water is my big drop-off - trying to refocus on getting enough water. Next week I am on vacation again. To say I am waiting for it anxiously is an understatement! Hoping to get a big purge arranged for the end of next week to end the vacation with lots of clear spaces. Happy Hump Day!
