mct oil HELP. I HAD 1T 3 hours ago, I'm ready to puke and probably empty all my bowels. my digestive system is usually really tough. this got me on the floor. hmm blaaaaaaaaaa....

1T Apple cider vinegar in a big glass water, sip, then wait 5-10 mins, sip again? Hope you feel better by now

Sounds awful! I used to use 1/2 dose of MCT oil powder = guaranteed BM

definitely have to start really slow on MCT, and likely not needed for most folks. unless you're an elite athlete, or you want to have high ketones to post on social media, it's not necessary. I know it can support cognition, but so can a ribeye. Not all MCT is created equal either. ACV is probably a good suggestion, but likely it'll just be time... stay near a restroom as well.

I got it because I was having a lot of brain fog the last week and fatigue. I thought maybe it could help. Haha. So I had it ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. It didn't did anything for clearing my head at 4pm. But it did clear out other things 😹 ua, 1/4 t next time. It's the vitamin shop brands.

Lol. Yeah start that stuff slowly! Tsp here or there! Yeah same if I add too much to my protein in the morn! But I do love what fats do for us! Close your eyes it will all be over in a few......

I never had issues with the one I have before I got issues with the allergies. It can be potent. I generally only use a teaspoon though by itself

Chris thanks. I'm not new to ketosis. My carbs are close to zero. I'm basically carnivore.

Nikeit lol thanks. I cut all my hair off 2 years ago and let the gray grow. Dang it really does age me, but such is life. I can't wait till I lose 50 pounds because the weight ages me too. I love those apps I can change my hair back to brown again 😂

Chris , I added the mct as a metabolism experiment. Heck, I'll try almost anything. I did a 5 day fast a few weeks ago. Not gonna try that again, lol. I'm going to give MCT a few weeks. If I start dropping like a normal carnivore, then I'll keep it ✌ 😉

You can also use it to cook with, it is just like coconut oil on the heat front. Easy way to use it. I put it in protein shake occasionally to add some fat.

The rock's pre workout I believe. Some mct oil in coffee...I know it gives me crazy energy in coffee especially when I used it fasting

I can’t even ingest mct oil. I put some in my coffee a few times and as soon as I taste it (and it doesn’t have a flavor) my throat closes up and says NO. Nuhuh not happening
