Recently been DO N a experiment with the OMAD M-F as of this writing, for me no significant weight loss, just maintaining weight, still under goals, but it seems my new clothes are getting a lil looser.. Really do not want to buy new ones again..I still automatically go the big and tall section without really realizing what I'm DO N, after 45 years, I'm on auto pilot for BIG clothes, even though I'm in a LG and 34 waist..SLIM...Tried a new dish last night Chinese Fried rice with chicken , spicy chicken sausage, onion,green onion and the fried egg, came out perfect, Oh used Cauliflower rice instead of real rice, really could not tell a difference, as for Dr. ?? Getting off of more meds A1C in line now instead of every 3 months going to see him once every 4 months..but still see to many Drs. as that takes up a lot of time,or pharmacy for more scripts. Everything is finally falling into place, still going to gym and playing pickle ball... Hope all is well and I'm DO N OK !!!
