Tuesday! My worst day. I keep thinking of all the things I should have done over the weekend. I was pretty busy but didn't get meal planning done so that was bad. Danced last night - oh, my it was so muggy! I was sweating the whole time. Mr. Farmer is still in Alaska, apparently. He sent me another bunch of pictures. I ate some pie last night at the dance which was heavenly - somebody had made chess pie which is basically butter and condensed milk baked on a crust. So good! I had skipped dinner so that was a weak point - balanced out ok with a 600-700 calorie deficit for the day but I am watching today and will have salad and Brussels sprouts for dinner since I am maybe buying a car instead of working out tonight. Hate to spend the money but I really have to. Got my BFF the same book I am using for the gym: shout out to her and everybody encourage her to use the book! Gym night tomorrow. Then Friday, then Sunday. I feel like I must be redistributing everything in this plateau, it's the only thing that is keeping me going, besides all the support here! Happy Tuesday!
