I'm in my 7th week KETO. Maybe that whooosh is coming. My body has no choice but to fat adapt! I'm going to ask doc tomorrow about calories, dairy, net carbs vs full carb, hunger, stalls, fatigue which is probably from my medical stuff.
Anyone else have keto questions i might be able to ask that I want to know too?
