@adefwebserver, thanks for sharing the Pose method of running. My knees and ankles are still tender from my Saturday's outdoor run but I see tremendous value to incorporating the Pose method into my runs.
June vs July numbers (1st 8 days of logging) net carbs 152.48 vs 114.43 = 25% reduction calories 2018.62 vs 1885.87 = avg 132.75 less daily calories Exercise 3526.12 vs 3754.25 = avg 228.13 extra daily calories being burned with increased activities
Scale is barely moving despite dropping my calories to an avg of 1885. To address this stupid scale, I will work on reducing my carbs further with hopes of finding a balance (my sweet spot) that allows energy for powering though weight lifting sessions ( Currently, I lift like a beast and am seeing strength increases which I am happy with. I still want to get shredded and this will require coming down in body fat )
My journey continues. Still logging, still accountable, still determined.
