I have been back recording in my food diary lately, life happens, right?!? I am following a lc/hf - Ketogenic diet and have been loosing weight slowly and consistently. Yay! Not to mention feeling so much better - it's an inflammation thing. I noted that the cookbook/food log does not identify the difference in carbs/sugar alcahols...wish it did. My carbs don't look so good on paper. But the lack of them looks good on me!!!D
