I was hungry last night and nibbled all night long. Stayed up too late also. Been very satisfied with a big cup of decaf cold brew at night which adds to my fluid intake. Trying to keep fruit on hand and had a nice dollop of whipped cream on lemon curd but 3 tablespoons all together so good and tasty but not really filling somehow. This morning I made a double smoothie and put half in the fridge for tomorrow or later depending on how I feel. Gotta love a mason jar for diet help! Lunch will be tuna, avocado, and lettuce, with maybe salad dressing. I have a self-imposed limit on the dressing because I steal it from my coworkers out of the community fridge! I am the keeper of the fridge sanitation - I feel no qualms having salad dressing marked "April 2017" because obviously it's not figuring heavily in the coworker's food plan. I have been doing well sticking to minimally processed foods and cutting out wheat products and I think my arthritis is less painful this week. Also cuts out a lot of calories that way too. My house is a disaster but it's because the things that are going out are all over the kitchen and I couldn't deal with putting them in the car last night. Might go dancing tonight - we shall see, might go to weight-lifting at the gym. Goal this week: push to get down at least another pound. Figure out some organic fillers to keep under 1200 calories a day. PUSH FLUIDS! Whole foods, no starches. Sort of going full Mediterranean Diet mode. Have a good Thursday!

Awesome choices for pain and inflammation!! Love this!! And I’m absolutely in love with lemon curd! I make tiny lemon curd and whipped cream tarts every once in a while. To DIE for. Yesterday I had a very impulsive spoonful of full fat full sugar Greek style honey yogurt (swoon) I bought “for the baby to gain weight “.... spoonful is probably 10ml, so less than an ounce? I didn’t log it, but my son said “caught ya!” 🤷🏻♀️ Anyway, your posts are so wonderful, simply amazing and I love reading about your journey.
