Couple of things working against me. Next week should be bigger drop. 44:4 and Warrior working for me though. I feel completely satisfied in the evenings before bed. Sleeping well. :)

Sorry that something is working against you....hope it is nothing serious.....what is the Warrior thing???....I had a good week and hope it continues....I keep watching for you to post that empty plate.....I would like to post a few candy bars...thank God I don't know how to do that.....probably wouldn't go over very well.

Warrior diet is basically one large meal at the end of the day. Light grazing of fruits and veggies during the day. It's still very much in the trial phase for me.
