Looks like glycogen depletion is complete. I'm very ready for the carb load starting tomorrow night.
Off to do a little rock climbing this evening. Sundown around 9:30 PM.

Wow - quite a loss - carb load for me starts this weekend...maybe...

HCB. It's the junky ones that work the best. Starches are king. Fruits and veggies don't get the insulin response you're looking for to sweep the carbs into the muscle tissue. Want me to see if I can find you some reading material? Keeping the fats low also accelerates that process some say. I'd be happy to send you some info on my approach so you get my thought process.

Hey Bruce - you can PM me links if you want. I have the idea of bulk and cut but this round when I dropped weight is was mostly LBM ... stayed nearly the same BF% as June 15th measurement. NOT my goal overall.

Yep. You could be in the situation where the endocrine system is fighting access to fat and allowing access to muscle. A lot of bodybuilders accept the muscle loss to get the fat loss. I'd rather build muscle and retain the fat I have, if I have to, and let the ratio change. A very slow fat loss with an anabolic shot once a week is the approach I'm trying to take. As I say, it's very slow, but keeping the muscle means keeping a higher metabolism and being able to keep calories higher.

Misty has a point. Closest to a pill would be steroids. I'd never suggest that. Oh, and meat and carbs. :D
