The carb load/calorie cycling looks pretty stable. Not sure which way to tweek it. I think I'll cut just a touch. I'm not impatient - not after all this time. Abs slowly defining.
Huckleberry picking today with the mutt I think. We both love it out there. The season can't be too much longer.
