Difficult days. Lots of decisions. Lots of trying to motivate people. It simply sucks sometimes. This may end up being a carb blotto day. We'll see what happens. So many cravings. Maybe I should just deal with them and move on. It would put me around 3000 calories, but it might be worth it for the brain reset.

Make the decisions and move on ... might help the cravings end, too.

you got this! we are all gonna have tough days, days we just gotta keep putting one foot in front of the other and push through them. try as you can to make good decision, but if you slip a little, shake it off and keep moving. look at what you have done so far!!! so proud of you!

Northern read my link on healthy sweet snacks. I think it has some great ideas. My favorite right now is Cashew Clusters from Costco, they aren't as rich as Cashews, have pumpkin seeds which are also a good snack, and almonds combined. Since I got those, 4 fill me for a long time. Shelled pistachios from Costco are great too. I don't worry about weight anymore. Just a thought! Have a good day!

Nice job on the drop. Sometimes we need a break, a day of easing up won't hurt in the long run. Hope things work out with the difficulties/decisions.

Ahhh yes, I spend much of my work life motivating the unmotivated...it can be exhausting
|
Yes, dealing with others does cause carb overload syndrome. I just managed to avoid a chocolate shake! Hang in there

Great drop. Does a spoon full of almond butter satisfy your sweet tooth? If not, maybe mix in some honey.

Mmm, that was good. Tomorrow I'll have the same again, but without the junk. More fruit and veggies. Time to calorie cycle.
