Very stable. The way I figure it, at 2700 calories 6 days a week and 1 fast day, I'm below weekly maintenance by about 2400 calories. This should cause a slow drift down, or, allow my weight to be maintained through recomposition, trading out fat for muscle. It will takes a couple of weeks to figure it out. Consistency is the key. I've never been particularly good at it.

Everthing is a balance. It's too bad we can't just say our body burns exactly x calories an the food we ate has exactly y calories. That would make this so much easier. Good luck on your recomp.

I hear you Herder. Not only is diet an inexact science, food also is random as far as content. Even something simple if you contact the producer they can't tell you what's in it. I got in touch with Maxwell House to ask them how much caffeine (yeah, I'm anal) is in a 3 grams of instant. They had no idea. Reassuring.
