Still road rattled. In the past 14 weeks I've done four separate trips on family business that have totaled 4460 miles, or 7200 km.Last week's trip involved two doctors visits and moving two separate apartments full of household goods - one to storage and the other to a new apartment.
Yes, I've packed on a little weight, but I was eating out all the time due to a lack of time (no advice please, I know the drill) and running flat out. I think I'll settle in about 190, and then it's back to work with the cut and back into the powerlifting routines.
Bought a new pair of Levi's. 34" and they show my new powerlifting butt just about right. Vain, vain, vain.
