Yes - "clean" can mean anything (organic, unprocessed, vegan, etc.). These days when I serve "clean food" I've vouching that it hasn't been dropped in dog crap.

The dog crap diet. Might be a good way to drop some weight? But not clean eating. Sorry NM....they started it. :) Your plan sound like a good one and you can adjust it as needed.

I know, I know, a clean diet for me is what ever I am eating at the time. I am trying to stay as close to 1600 calories as I can.

I didn't see Buffy's comment yesterday. Guess I missed it reading bits and pieces at work. Love it--- so funny. Now if my kitchen would stay clean all the time I'd love it!! pile of dishes in the sink, need to empty the "clean" dishwasher that this energy efficient age takes 4 hours to clean and then they aren't dry. Went to put them away last night and they were still wet.
