Took 1 1/2 hours to shovel off my 12x20 'sundeck'. Rocker says I should call it my 'snowdeck'. Next time I shovel it, I'll have to push the snow up to get it off.
Looks like my 3300 calorie re-feed on Friday has caught up to me. The way I see it, that's the 3 1/2 pound water loss we see at the beginning of a diet in reverse. You know, the one with the legit 1 pound loss that has you scratching your head the second week wondering why you didn't lose five pounds again?
It should be down in a couple of days. Lifting day tomorrow.
