Let's see how today goes. I'll start with the new plan. Not going Atkins. I'll be trying paleo (ish) with 25% pro, 20% carb (ish) and the rest fat. Wish me luck.

Looks like the change will be a couple of meals at a time until I get this nailed down. Friend's birthday tonight. I'll try to behave... mostly. Buffy! Surely cherry pie is included in the paleo diet? Just like pizza?
