You're right Buffy. There is something about being in control rather than following every whim. It's an entirely different mindset that I'm noticing is flowing into every aspect of my life. Sorry about your morning carbs :-O

Well... grapefruit I could give you. They're one of my favourites too. Peel them like an orange and take 'em down. No sugar! ;) Watch out for them if you're taking any meds.
