well, i just posted a fairly long journal entry and it didn’t “take” for some reason. website/app is really glitchy this morning. not capitalizing the first letter of new sentences, or the work “I”. hope that won’t continue!!!

Congratulations on your weight being down. I'm hoping this means you are doing more of the things you know are good for you, since I care about you and your health: body soul, and spirit. I will continue praying for you. Yes, it is very frustrating when we write, and it all disappears. Sorry about the pain you experience. I'm doing better as of yesterday going to Senior Prayer Group/Bible Study. I had been feeling confused for 3 weeks. Now I can say I still have no desire to leave and believe the Lord will show me if that ever becomes necessary.

Good morning Debbie! So, here’s the plan, you are less than FIVE pounds away from being in the 70’s! That means by the end of this month you could very well be there. Concentrate on your protein and water and think how fun it will be to see 179, 178 177. You can do this!!
