Weight up a tad this morning. No worries. No bowel activity yesterday, and had a high-calorie day - pushing the limit at almost 2,000 calories. I only had two of the Cracker Barrel Pecan Pancakes, though, (and threw the other one in the garbage so I wouldn’t eat it - it’s VERY hard for me to throw away perfectly good food). Eating the leftover two eggs and 2 pieces of bacon from the Mama’s Pancake Breakfast on toast this morning with only 1-1/2 Tbsp of Duke’s Mayonnaise (I’d much rather have 2-3 Tbsp on it.) leaving the third piece of bacon for my husband. Average daily calories for the week is still under 1,600 (goal is 1,700).
