Day before yesterday = 3/10 pound. Yesterday = 4/10 pound. Today = 5/10 (1/2) pound. Making forward (downward) progress, Praise the Lord! Will be going to BJ's and Food Lion today, so I'll get in a little walking. Grandson spending the day (and maybe overnight), so I will be a little more active in the home, as well. Enjoying some HUGE navel oranges this week (295g without peel). SOOO juicy and sweet! Choosing them over banana pudding (which I made for my husband) or Atkins bars (which have the same or more calories in them). MUCH harder limiting to 1,400 calories than it was at 1,600 - mostly because I do a lot of snacking. In the morning and afternoon, I want to eat ALL the time, but after my 3:30pm dinner, I'm fine with nothing else for the rest of the evening. Weird, huh?
