So happy to have lost 7 pounds in 7 days, and on 1,800 RDI for calories! All week, I've gotten in my water, done some form of exercise, had 5 or more servings of fruits/vegetables, and kept my Net Carbs under 30g.
DISCLAIMER: Net Carbs are NOT counting fruit, which is something I am doing, but NOT something that is ok for everyone to do, especially on a Keto WOE! I just feel like God gave us this bounty of summer fruit, and Adam and Eve could eat from all of the trees of the Garden of Eden (except one), so it just feels "natural" to enjoy my oranges, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, cherries and grapes.
THANK YOU to everyone who encouraged me during the many weeks when I had not only fallen off the wagon but was being dragged in the dirt alongside it! Your support then and now means the world to me, and has helped me a LOT! Especially now that I am back ON the wagon, it means so much to have you all cheering me on! THANK YOU!
