My name is Billie (female- Billie). I am 63 and live in NC. I have 2 children, boy and girl, and 1 grandson (16) and 2 stepgrandsons (16 and 2). The middle of Sept I went on low carb and high fat diet and came off of the diabetes meds and lost 12lbs but since thanksgiving I have gained back 2 pounds so I am back to posting what I eat. Seems like that keeps me on track. I have a fitbit that I would like to synch with fat secret if someone can tell me how to do it, please.

I go to the gym and use the treadmill and lift weights. I have the trifecta: arthritis, fibro and neuropathy so I feel the need to stay active but this winter I have hurt so bad that I became lazy so I am trying to get to being active again.

Do you lift weights
I lift weights 3x a week and cardio 5x a week. No exercising on Sat and Sun. Sat and sun we go to the beach and sunday is for nascar.
