Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Sunday…
Cloudy here this morning…rained most of yesterday…but still managed almost 8000 in steps….not sure where they came from…
Yesterday was vending machine bingo….snacks…I didn’t win..and had the mindset of not winning..just a way of killin time…later in the evening played domonies..different mindset…lol…we just play..no score…
Getting ready for church…I get baptized into the church I’ve started attending…then sister is taking me out to lunch along with girlfriend…I’m not into eating out….but …it’s a big deal…and tomorrow is a new day…

You have heard the expression..happy wife..happy life..it holds true for girlfriends as well…I got a haircut
yes terday….and then watched everyone do doubles takes on me…I didn’t think if was that long…but I guess all the women noticed…girlfriends..said I looked 10 years younger…wow…lol…
Raining here today…no breakfast walk…be inside walking today….
Just another day…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive beautiful sunrise Friday….
Not only watch the sun..but seen the sky change colors as well…
Rest day today….no breakfast walk…give my body a rest….lol…
Gonna cut back on coffee as well…I love it..but don’t need all the caffeine…lol…I got dehydrated yesterday after 2 cups at lunch and soaking up rays…got dizzy in elevator…but walked back to room with several on lookers…so take it easy today…more water and electrolytes….was only 75 yesterday…and less then 30 minutes after lunch…I do watch my time outside….
That explains them doing afternoon vitals on me..and no one else…duh….

Almost breakfast time…and the morning walk…with walking inside thru out the day…be another day of shaking up the sun as well…I was sitting outside yesterday…in a light sleep…she walked up..and without a sound..I knew to wake up..she was standing at mt front…I ask her later if she said anything..she said no..you was in a sleep stage..I laughed..nut thought it odd..I knew she was standing there…
Again..time to move…

Waking up to another beautiful sunrise in the neighborhood…yesterday was a lot of chain saws humming away…a lot of frees to be took care of from Sunday nights storm and high winds…
