I've been home for 3 weeks, but heading back down to my Mom's this afternoon. Will be staying about 10 day. Been on a 2 day cooking marathon so my hubby won't starve while I'm gone. He will be lonely, but not hungry! I sampled way too much of the things I fixed for him and that's all it takes to bump my weight up. Darn it! Hopefully I can get those pesky pounds back off while I'm at moms'.

Spent a couple of weeks in the city taking care of Mom. She's about the same. Thank goodness for the sit to stand machine to lift her or I wouldn't be able to take care of her since I can't lift her into the wheelchair any more. She is too weak to help with her weight. I've been home for several days getting caught up on laundry and other chores. Hubby thought he remembered me! LOL. I went to the hemotologist while in the city for semi annual checkup. Blood work is still not within range on several tests, which indicate possible cancer, but so far no meyaloma cells detected. I'm trying to up my protein intake to see if that will make a difference. I feel fine. Still struggling to shed those pesky 10 pounds, but they are stuck tight!

Yay! Down a couple of pounds! I would really like to lose 10 more, but they seem to be stuck REALLY tight! Been trying to up my protein intake as Doc growls at me about this. Making protein shakes, but they don't always agree with me and it is an effort to get one down. Hope all my FS friends are doing good, I enjoy reading your journal entries and am rooting for all of you.

Has anyone heard from Snow White 100??? She hasn't weighed in since Jan 2nd. She is older and her husband is abusive. I sent her a private message and she has not responded. Im worried about her.
