18 hours fasted daily
drop in average blood glucose per continuous glucose monitor
Blood Glucose still high but very steady, flatlines for many hours at a time
very little hunger
alert during the day, but sleep patterns which are normally very steady are disrupted, Sleeping same number of total hours but before starting this diet I slept through the night without waking, now I'm waking 1-2 times a night
begin fast after dinner no later than 6pm (often earlier)
end fast at lunch
Family being supportive
taking antibiotics and probiotics every 12 hours for suspected h. pylori
very stressed due to probable endometrial cancer diagnosis and difficulty getting gyno office to refer (they only want me to use their guy and he's out of town!). Insurance told me they cannot delay my treatment must refer immediately. Insurance provided the names of doctors they recommended. So hopefully will have a referral for an appointment with oncologist today or tomorrow.
