I'm headed to the taste of Chicago and even though I plan to indulge some, I will be doing a lot of walking. I'm looking forward to wandering downtown without the kids :) That got me thinking about how I wish I was thin...and really would I actually have more fun if I wasn't overweight? That's silly talk. For me anyways. Hope you guys are all enjoying your weekend.

I'm feeling a little off this morning. Woke up with a headache :P That never happens. I'm just drinking coffee and going through journals. I love reading others people's stories. Some of you have come so far, and others are still in progess. You all have great tips, and are real motivators.
I'm glad a friend recomended this site to me.

My body loves when I eat healthy...of course! :) I don't feel bloated or sometimes at night or when I'm sitting I just have this heavy feeling in my stomach where it's like I'm so stuffed with food I actually feel almost out of breath from just sitting.

I was on the treadmill and walked 1/2 a mile and thought, "what the heck let me try jogging." And I did! 1/2 mile and then walked another 1/2 mile. I know it's only 1/2 mile, but that is a 1/2 mile further than I've jogged in over 6 years. I'm for sure going to keep this jogging up and add to it when I feel ready.
