good evening everyone it's a nice sunny day here in Battle Creek, mi. I've been staying busy still get active. I'm still at the gym 4x a week. I have started cardio again up to 8,000 steps a day since April 10. you know this is a lifestyle change and I've been at it now 2 1/2 years so I guess I'm hooked.. be sure to have a lovely day
