Actually lost 1lb... So I have arthritis in my right knee, had my left hip replaced
11 years ago and damaged my instep in October last year, all of this has not helped with weight loss.
So after a very rainy autumn- no going to my veg patch, we have had several days of no rain at all I decided to go yesterday afternoon. The site was just muddy, the weather was cold-5 degs - but i managed to put in some garlic and shallots, which will become pickled onions later in the year. Both of these veg are possibly 3 weeks later than they should have gone in but the bulbs were both ok.
What's great about growing your own veg is that you get the exercise and you get to eat food that you have grown, plus apparently it's good for your mental health.

Well I'm back again.... Reason- not an excuse, mobility issues plus some sort of a virus which affected me for most of December. Not an unexpected result when I weighed myself this morning. My partner has been prescribed as pre-diabetic, I'm not but will be using his diet to help me lose some weight.

I have put reasonably well because I am eating only what I should but my mobility isn't what it should be and I haven't lost any weight recently. I'l be trying to walk about more over the next few days.

At a standstill with my weight-at least I haven't put any more on!. I am now beginning to walk a bit more every day which helps I suppose.

A few weeks ago I hurt my heel on the stairs- thought nothing about it, until last week when it really hurt- saw a physio, result damaged my instep. It is now sitting down for most of the day.... decided I'm never ever going to shift this weight. Weighing in tomorrow.
