Gaining 11 pounds in to weeks was fun, but now the vacation is over and it is time to get back the regular routine.

I am back to watching what I eat. Today I rand for 4 min. at a rate of 6.5 mph for 470 calories burned.

I now have a pretty solid exercise routine doing cardio workouts 5 times a week. This third week challenge is going to be more diffucult because I don't want to log eveythig I eat. So, I am making mental notes of what I eat and will review them as I go to bed at night.

This is going to be particulary hard as we are going on a vacation to a resort with an all-inclusive deal--All you can eat and drink (this is going to be difficult).

This is the second week of the challenge to lose 10lbs in 6 weeks. I am making steady progress keeping up with daily cardio workouts. My target weight loss per week is 1.5lbs, I'll weight in on Friday.

Like this website and the challenges. I need to start looking for the next!
