Homemade higher protein lower fat pizza is OTKids approved. Crust is 50/50 nonfat greek yogurt and flour 2 cups of each with 4 tsp baking powder and garlic. Toppings low fat mozzarella cheese, sauce and fresh basil from the garden. It was 5 slices good lol😋

I tried my hand at being a master baker today even used the hand mixer and made my own piping bag to make these low calorie high protein chocolate peanut butter cream puffs. Not exactly a top chef worthy picture though kinda look like turds 🤣🤣 29 grams of protein and 200 calories for the plate. Alright now its time to keep procrastinating from what I should be getting done today
Egg white 100 g 50 cal
Corn starch 5 g 19cal
Sugar free chocolate jello 5g. 18 cal
Nonfat greek yogurt 120 g 71 cal
Pb fit 10 g 38 cal
use Hand mixer on egge whites in bowl until extra fluffy then add corn starch and mix again then add jello mix then mix again. Pour small piles onto partchment paper and bake at 325 for 14 minutes. Take out and add your filling of greek yogurt and pb powder. I sprinkled some cocoa powder ontop. You can try adding some extra jello mix or some sweetener to make the pastry part sweeter if you want I would try that for next time.
