Had a nice day today. Kids came over for burgers, better cheddar’s, spicy baked beans and a suddenly salad oh and I made brownies which I had a small one, it wasn’t heavenly. I bought a lot of flowers so I’ll plant tomorrow if weather permits. I logged everything 😂

One thing, well two things good about this morning: 1. I got out of bed. 2. It is Friday. Challenging morning, walked in saw the staff wanted to walk right back out. 48 mins into the shift and I am still here and I have not ate anything 😂 I brought my lunch and I have a jerky stick for 9 am. Will that be enough? 🤷🏻♀️ sometimes I eat to keep my mouth shut. I am hoping to save my sick day so I’m going to try and sweat it out. ✌️ 53 mins in now…

My drop this morning has me motivated. Whether the drop is real or not, it’s got me motivated to stay the course. Waiting to eat until I’m hungry vs stressed out. That’s a win for me especially at this place I call work.
