Holding. Medium walk last night and a 10 minute row. Busy day already.

Mixing things up a little bit today. Chicken tenderloins brushed with pesto. A salad mix has some homegrown arugula in it along with tomatoes. And avocado on top.

Guess it’s an everything up day. Did 40 minutes hard rowing yesterday, felt good, followed by puppy class and street tacos for dinner. Technically, it was two rows, but we’ll just call it row #16.

Long walk last night, pushed it. It’s interesting how the pain moves, which is good in a weird way because it means it’s all little stuff and the stretching is doing something. Did ten minutes of rowing way too late and it woke me up too much and I couldn’t sleep when I first went to bed. I guess i need to make sure I do it earlier. Tonight is easy because it’s puppy class and if i don’t do it before, it won’t get done. I think that was row 15. We may make this a 60 day challenge, we’ll see. Depends on how much pool time I can get once it warms up. Walking is a given because of the dogs.
Muscle up, blob down, water good. I’ve been allowing myself some extra calories lately. Eating a lot of chickpea pasta with various proteins. Onwards.
