A bit out of it this today. Didn’t sleep well Sunday night, ended up falling asleep early last night, did walk, didn’t row, did take a nap. Had to work in an office early today, skipped breakfast, just ate lunch. Haven’t had coffee since Sunday. Skipped it because I was busy both days. We’ll see where that little change takes us. I don’t have issues with caffeine and only have two cups, but we’ll see what I feel like tomorrow. Puppy class tonight, going to row ahead of time. Feel like I’m two weeks behind on everything. Onwards!
