How do I use this tracker????
Hi , Everyone...
I'm new here and new to online tracking. Is there a tutorial somewhere for this? I couldn't figure out how to enter data for foods and supplements I use but that are not in the list .... how do we create that ?
And i did not understand the exercise thing at all either. I doubt my exercise is even in there (tai chi for health).
Mostly though, i want to know how to put in my own foods values.
