Hi Guys!

Hope the hump day is well behind us all. My question is, what is the ideal amount of calories you try to hit most days? And, how many sub your RDI do you reckon that is on average? I'm keen to see what calorie targets have been successful for other fatsecret friends in our community.

Please share if you can what works for you and how you keep on track and motivated to keep it up :P

Guys what do you regard as low carb? And if you're doing low Carb do you include in your diet complex Carb like green veg etc or do you eradicate it all with the refined Carbs too..

I would be glad to hear your opinions and views. I could do with some tips :)
