ok. yesterdays calories was way under. I didn't do it intentionally. I had appointment a spa after work, then I went to look at a new motorcycle helmet (to small) and by then it was 9:00. so I wasn't going to eat. While in town I went and looked at new life jackets for the new boat. got home and had a glass of water and went to bed. I only got to eat the cuties bc they were in my purse. Lol. good place for them but I keep an apple or cuties just in case I get caught out and need to eat. usually have some beef jerkey in the console but I think my kids found it. :) I didn't loose any at all and figured I would with such a low intake. but my body might have held onto everything bc it was so low. I even worked out a little yesterday. at the spay they have a machine that vibrates while you hold posses. ok. I can hold a squat for 60 seconds. but after 20 on that thing it burned so bad. had to shake it out and do it again. I was impressed. I know it wont fix my lack of work outs but I wanted to try it. they claim 15 min on it is equivalent to 1.5 hr work out. not sure I buy that but it was good.

That is awesome, so when are you taking the boat out? Good for you on holding the squat, want to try something a little hard hold the squat and lift one leg straight in front of you for 15 seconds then switch to the other one for the entire 60 seconds

there was some lifting in front and one squat with other leg bent out behind you. you would do each pose on each leg for 60 seconds with 10 seconds to rest and change positions.
