ugg. oh my. I think im doing ok with eating but im not dropping yet. in fact its up. im not on complete restriction yet. no more adult drinks ( I know that was my issue) only water for a while.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

No ugg, the loss will come and an adult beverage ever now and then isn't that bad

I am tracking calories like a fool. It's making a big difference. I was snaking here and there and not loosing. I track everything now and I am starting to drop weight much faster.

Just drinking more water consistently can make a difference. Alcohol does add calories, if you cut back and drink more water I'd expect you'd see results. Keep at it.
